Position: IT Support Specialist

Department: IT/ Tech Support

Qualification: O/A level With BS Or MS in Computer Science. Solid English Correspondence expertise is an unquestionable necessity.

Experience: 3-4 years of work experience in multinational or foreign companies.

Timings: 5pm to 2am PST , on location , regular work.

Salary: 100k- 150k + other benefits and allowances ( after 3 months of probations)

Location: Rawalpindi Islamabad, Bahria Town Phase 7.

Role Definition: Resolving Technical/IT related issues like desktop, software, hardware, network, firewall/Servers, and Dental related software and Hardware, raised by the clients.

Overview of the role:

● As an IT Support specialist, the candidate will need to listen to clients and understand their issues before making any decisions.

● An IT Backing expert deals with different items and exercises, for example,
desktops/laptops/MACs, Firewalls/Servers, Switches/Routers, Software i.e. Office 365 or other Dental related Server-Client based programming.

● The candidate will work with vendor support to resolve the software/hardware issue at their end.

● The work demands pressure handling, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, and good US English communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

The candidate must possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the following technologies:

Computer Networks, Routers & Switches, Technical Support / Troubleshooting, Servers / Firewalls, MFP Printers / Scanners, VOIP / CCTV Management, Microsoft Products, Windows / Mac OS, Backup & Recovery, Wi-Fi Controllers / Management, Software Installations / Upgradations, email configurations in Outlook, Windows Active Directory, including Organizational Units ( OUs ), Network Security, Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Analyze and resolve technical problems related to computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosis, resolution and maintenance of applications remotely interacting with end-users.
  • Settling on choices towards arrangements and goal while working with the end-client.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on areas of expertise.
  • Investigating, conclusion and goal of information reinforcement related issues.
  • Remote configuration and management enterprise applications such as Active Directory,
  • Exchange, office 365.
  • Windows server 2008/2012/2016/2019 troubleshooting and escalation to concerned team where needed.
  • Remote support for Windows desktops, MAC firewalls and Servers.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution of SonicWALL and other firewalls/routers.
  • Capacity and experience to work with various programming and equipment merchants. Great understanding of Monitoring agents and Managed Services.
  • Remote installation, configuration and problem diagnosis of Dental Practice Management Systems, Digital imaging and X-rays systems with the help of vendor support

Total Professional Experience:

● Total professionally working experience should not be less than 3 -4 Years evidenced by the experience certificates issued from the entities the work is performed.

Specific Experience:

● Significant IT Support experience of minimum 3-4 years as IT Support / IT Network Operations / IT Systems Administration etc., in a role that requires Desktop, Networks and Software support in an enterprise environment. Awareness of industry and professional standards is must. The experience certificates should carry the contact details of the company, especially the direct contacts of the reporting manager.

● Processional Certifications:

Relevant professional Certifications in the field are preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 – Rs150,000.00 per month
