Requirements for Female Call Center Agent:
- Should be graduate
- Superb relational abilities, including solid tuning in and abilities to talk
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Capacity to work in a quick moving climate and handle high volumes of calls
- Knowledge of PC frameworks and capacity to rapidly learn new programming applications
