- Installing and configuring client computer systems.
- Diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
- Development, solve problems and provide technical expertise and direction in support of system infrastructure and process improvements, and diagnose and resolve complex system problems
- Fixing equipment glitches, programming issues, and systems administration issues.
IT Support Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
- Demonstrated work insight of A half year as a specialized help designer would be in addition to. Information on window server, dynamic registry, Dns , Dhcp, Vlan and IP-based conventions.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems. Good time management skills. Good interpersonal skills. Capacity to investigate complex equipment and programming issues. Ability to think critically.
